The title is of a science fiction thriller published by Canadian publisher Double Dragon Publishing Inc last month. Strange title you think? Good, I like strange. It is a corruption from the stage direction in Shakespeare's Winter's Tale.
The novel smashes our normal experience of time as being smoothly linear, has a unique communication system, and has alien who do the opposite of invasion. There is info on it here http://www.geoffnelder.com/exitbee.htm
and a great video trailer here
The book has been endorsed by Jon Courtenay Grimwood but by far the best endorsement is from a nit picking reader who kindly discovered the odd typo. This is what she said:
"Since I read through it a second time to make my list, I pulled out the quotes that interested me enough that I might mention one or two of them in a book review; turns out they're the witty quips and turns of phrase that were poetic descriptions to me. But for all that lovely humor, I did it again: I nibbled my fingernails from about page 197 on. How stupid -- I knew exactly what was going to happen, there's no justification for nail-biting, no suspense, no tension --
but there was! It's proof to me of how good your story is, Geoff, that you enraptured me even the second time around as I was looking for errors! Makes no sense, but kudos to you for it! Best sci-fi book I've read in a loooong while."
I want to marry her!
